Sungrow SBR128 12.8kWh High Voltage LFP Battery

A 12.8kWh high-voltage lithium iron phosphate battery stack from Sungrow’s SBR range, built to pair with Sungrow SH-series hybrid inverters.

This is a high-voltage battery (256V nominal), not a 48V low-voltage bank. It only works with an inverter rated for a high-voltage DC battery, such as the Sungrow SH-RS, SH-RT or SH-T hybrids. It will not connect to a 48V low-voltage system. If you are unsure which your inverter takes, ask us before ordering.

What this model does

• 12.8kWh usable energy from 4 x 3.2kWh modules, at 256V nominal (operating range 216 to 292V).
• Up to 100% depth of discharge, settable. You use the full 12.8kWh, not 80% or 90% of it, which is how most banks are rated.
• Up to 30A continuous charge and discharge.
• Stacks 2 to 8 modules, 6.4 to 25.6kWh, and is extendable during its lifetime, so you can start smaller and add modules later rather than replacing the bank.
• Plug and play between modules, no cabling needed between them. Each 3.2kWh module is 33kg, so one person can handle the build.
• Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry with multi-stage protection: over and under voltage, over current, and over and under temperature.
• CAN communication. IP55 rated. 625 x 675 x 330mm.
