Who this suits
Commercial and industrial storage, not a house. 30kWh in a single high-voltage LFP unit at 422.4V is sized for a business shaving demand charges, holding a site through outages, or storing surplus generation for the evening. If you are shopping for a home battery, the low-voltage residential range is the right place to look.
Before you buy, check
- Inverter voltage class. This is a high-voltage bank. It will not work on a 48V low-voltage hybrid inverter. Confirm your inverter’s HV battery compatibility list, not just its power rating.
- Where it goes. A 30kWh cabinet is heavy and needs a prepared, ventilated, accessible position with clearance for service.
- Your demand profile. Storage only pays on a commercial tariff if it actually reduces peak demand. Get a load profile before sizing.
What else you will need
A compatible HV hybrid or storage inverter, protection and isolation on both DC and AC, and a delivery arrangement suited to the weight. Freight on an item this size is quoted separately.
