Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa through trusted couriers. Delivery timeframes are indicative and confirmed once your order is placed. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout or quoted for larger systems.
On delivery
Please inspect your delivery on arrival before you sign. If any packaging is damaged, note it clearly on the courier’s waybill, photograph it, and report it to us within 24 hours. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so this step protects any transit-damage claim. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty policy.
Installation
Installation is not included in the package price. It must be done by a registered electrician. On every product page you can request an installation quote, and our team will come back to you with a price for your site.
Compliance
A Certificate of Compliance (CoC) is required for electrical work. If you connect to the grid, a Small-Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG) application to your municipality may be required. We can guide you or handle this as part of an installation quote.
