Deye SUN-12K-SG05LP3-EU 12kW Three-phase Hybrid Inverter

A 12kW three-phase hybrid inverter from Deye’s SG05LP3 range, for a large home or small commercial site on a three-phase supply. Works with a standard 48V low-voltage battery bank, which is the most common and most competitively priced battery format in South Africa.

What this model does

• 12kW rated output on 380/400V three phase at 50Hz.
• Runs a 40 to 60V battery bank, lead-acid or lithium, with charging self-adapting to the battery BMS.
• Double rated power for 10 seconds off-grid, which is what starts a pump or compressor without tripping.
• Parallels with further units on-grid and off-grid, and supports multiple batteries in parallel, so the system can grow without being replaced.
• AC couples to an existing solar system, so a property that already has a grid-tie inverter can add storage without starting over.
• Runs off a diesel generator and can store its output, with scheduled time periods for charging and discharging so you can work a time-of-use tariff.
• 100% unbalanced output across the three phases, so one heavy phase does not force you to size up the whole system.
• Certified to NRS 097, the standard your municipality will ask for on an SSEG application.
