Sungrow SH10.0RS 10kW Single Phase Hybrid Inverter

A 10kW single-phase hybrid inverter from Sungrow’s SH-RS range, built for a large home that needs the whole property backed up, not just an essentials circuit.

What this model does

• 9,999W rated AC output (deliberately just under the 10kW mark that many municipal SSEG tiers key off) (9,999VA apparent), 45.5A max output current, on single phase at 50Hz.
• Takes up to 20kWp of panels, Sungrow’s recommended maximum, which is a 200% DC/AC ratio. You can fit double the inverter’s rating in panels and still harvest through winter and cloud.
• 4 MPP trackers, one string each, so the array can be split across roof faces that catch sun at different times. MPPT range 40 to 560V, maximum PV input 600V.
• 13,680VA peak output for 10 seconds, which is what starts a pump or compressor without tripping.
• Charges and discharges at up to 10kW (50A), on a wide 80 to 460V battery range. Works with the Sungrow SBH and SBR ranges.
• Seamless transition to backup mode, switching in under 10ms.
• 97.5% peak, 97.1% European efficiency. 29kg, IP65 rated for outdoor mounting.
• MC4 PV connectors, so it lands straight onto standard South African array wiring.
