Solis S6 14kW Single Phase Hybrid Inverter
A 14kW single-phase hybrid inverter from the Solis S6 range, built for a big home or a commercial load with heavy daytime consumption.
What this model does
- 14kW rated output on single phase, 220V/230V at 50Hz.
- Takes up to 28kW of panels, with 22.4kW of usable PV input, so you can over-panel heavily for winter and overcast days.
- 3 MPPTs across up to 6 strings, so an array can be split over roof faces that catch sun at different times of day. Maximum PV input 550V, MPPT range 80 to 520V.
- Backup delivers double rated power for 10 seconds to start motors, pumps and compressors, and switches over in under 10ms.
- 97.6% peak efficiency, 97.0% EU weighted.
- Works with lithium-ion or lead-acid banks at 40 to 60V, over CAN or RS485.
- 63.6A rated grid output current at 220V.
- IP66 rated for outdoor mounting. 55.5kg, 459 x 845 x 313mm, transformerless, intelligent fan cooling.
- Certified to NRS 097-2-1, the standard your municipality will ask for on an SSEG application.

Warranty
5-year manufacturer warranty as standard, locally backed. Solis permits a one-time extension to 10 years on residential inverters from 0.7kW to 20kW, applied for within the first five years against the serial number and proof of purchase.
The warranty is registered in your name at the time of sale.
