What is included in a package?
The major equipment: inverter, battery, solar panels and the mounting structure. Wiring, distribution boards, protection and installation are quoted separately.
Do you install the system?
We supply the equipment and can arrange an installation quote. Installation is done by a registered electrician.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide across South Africa.
How do I pay?
In full at checkout by card or instant EFT, through our secure payment provider.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT.
What warranty do I get?
The manufacturer warranty on the inverter, battery and panels, passed through to you.
Can I return a package?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if unused, under the ECTA cooling-off right. See our Returns policy.
Do I need a CoC or SSEG approval?
A Certificate of Compliance is required for the electrical work. If you connect to the grid, an SSEG application to your municipality may be needed. We can help.
